FAMILY REUNIONS

What a great way to add pizzazz to a family reunion. Join us for an Adams River Trip that will provide memories and stories for everyone to share. During the summer the rapids are perfect for mixed groups; from little tykes to grandma and grandpa; it's a hoot for all! You can meet at our office or the Adam River bridge if you are short on time. See Directions. Meeting at the office allows for a more complete experience and you can view your photos after the trip. Meeting at the Adams River Bridge may suit those on a tight schedule, as it is closer to the highway.

Group size: To maintain a quality trip we limit our group size per departure to 24 - 30 rafters depending on group ages and time of year. For larger groups one party rafts while the other hikes in the park or hangs out at he beach or other activity. It works well, and we help with logistics

Special cancellation policy considerations: We understand the uncertainties that can arise while organizing a big group. Our 14 day cancellation policy does apply. As a courtesy, we allow small changes to numbers (1 or 2) up to 7 days before the trip without being charged the cancellation fee. Should you have circumstances requiring special booking arrangements we will try our best to accommodate you. If you are booking during peak season (mid summer), our flexibility with this is limited.

Trip Preparation: To facilitate the organization efforts, please forward or download and send the following to each rafter prior to the trip. The waiver form, info sheet, and map. The group organizer will need to give a 50% deposit to book the trip. We advise that you explain the cancellation policy and collect the 50% deposit from each member of the group ASAP. Sharing an adventure on the Adams River is a superb way to celebrate so many occasions. We add to the fun with an offer of a photo CD for $10 instead of $25! Let us know at the time for booking.
